HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?: Due to the fragile nature of pottery, the items must be well packed in bubble wrap, surrounded by sponge, and shipped in double walled cardboard boxes. Postage costs are to the UK, according to weight and exact packaging costs, as follows:

 

0-1kg: £3.95 (Economy delivery, 2-5 business days)

1-2kg: £4.95 (Economy delivery, 2-5 business days)

2-5kg: £6.95 (Economy delivery, 2-5 business days)

5-10kg: £8.95 (Economy delivery, 2-5 business days)

0-15kg: £9.95 (Next day delivery, 1 business day)

 

Our site is set up to only post to UK addresses, but if you live outside of the UK and would like to discuss making an order, please contact us.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?: We post out every working day. Economy and next day delivery (orders placed before 2pm) options are available; both include tracking and we will email this information to you on the day of shipping. However, if you require an item for a certain date, please get in touch before placing an order to make sure we are able to do this for you. All our items are handmade to order, so it may take up to 2 weeks before your items are ready to send, particularly for bespoke pieces.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY?: If you are not satisfied with your goods, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help. You are entitled to a full refund upon returning the goods and packaging in the condition in which they were supplied. Upon return, we will provide you with a full refund (excluding the postage costs), or offer an exchange if preferred. If your item is damaged, please email us a photograph and we will issue full refund, including postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on personalised items, unless they are damaged, faulty or not as described. Please be aware that colours may differ slightly to how they appear on the site due to differences in monitors etc. None of the terms and conditions in this FAQ section affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?: You can pay via Paypal, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Paypal process payments for the site - you do not need to sign up for a Paypal account, just click through to checkout and there will be the option to pay with any of the cards above. If you do want to join Paypal, you can fill in the section at the bottom of the payment page that asks for password, date of birth etc; if not, then leave this section blank and Paypal will just process the card payment only.

 

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?: We now only sell our products directly to our customers through our website and onsite shop. However, we do make bulk orders with a slight price reduction per item for corporate events, wedding favours etc. Please email Barbara for more information.
